Men's Golf Comes Up Short vs. Dean

BELLINGHAM, Mass. -- The Mitchell College men's golf team dropped a head-to-head match to Dean College on Sunday afternoon at New England Country Club.

The Bulldogs shot a team round of 342 while the Mariners came in at 353. David Eichelberg led Mitchell with a round of 85 and finished third overall. Michael Izzo and Nick Knisel were a shot behind at 86 while Jake Hancock (96) and Drew Gensicki (109) rounded out the scoring.

Mitchell will next compete at the Westfield State Invitational on Tuesday, September 26 at Tekoa Country Club.
