LAX's Loris Tabbed NECC Rookie of the Week

MARSHFIELD, Mass. – Mitchell College freshman Nick Loris was named New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week for the sport of men's lacrosse, as announced by the league Monday morning.

Loris finished with three points in his collegiate debut at Farmingdale State last week, scoring a goal and assisting on two others in Mitchell's season opener. He also scooped up a pair of ground balls and caused a turnover in the contest.

Mitchell (0-1 overall) will next play at Anna Maria College on Wednesday, February 27 at 5:00 p.m.
