NASHUA, N.H. - The Mitchell College men's and women's cross country team ran at the Eagle Invitational on Friday afternoon at Daniel Webster College. The men's team finished first out of seven squads while the women placed seventh out of eight.

Appleby rounded out the top three with a time of 31:04 over the 8-kilometer course.

Sophomore Jonathan Kodsi, competing in his first race of the season, recorded a time of 33:24 and finished just outside the top 10 in 11th place. Freshman Vernon Wilson also ran a strong race, placing 14th overall with a time of 34:49.
