Career: A four-time all-conference selection (NECC All-Conference First Team in 2009 and 2010; NECC All-Conference Second Team in 2008; AD3I All-Independent Second Team in 2007) ... a four-time NECC Runner of the Week selection ... named to the NECC Academic All-Conference Team in 2009 ... a four-year letterwinner on the men’s cross country team ... competed in 30 events ... recorded 16 top-five finishes and seven first-place finishes ... posted his career-best time on an 8k course at the Eagle Invitational (27:14.00) ... finished as runner-up at the NECC Championship in both 2009 and 2010 ... helped the Mariners to three straight runner-up finishes at the NECC Championship (2008, 2009, 2010) ... his best showing at the ECAC Championship came in 2007 when he finished 56th overall (28:00.00).

2009: Named to the NECC All-Conference First Team … named to the NECC Academic All-Conference Team ... competed in all eight events … led the team in seven of the eight races … recorded four top-five finishes, including wins at the Eagle Invitational (29:41.00) and the Post Invitational (28:16.00) … finished as runner-up at Mitchell’s 5k event (17:42.80) and the NECC Championship (29:14.00) … earned all-conference honors by virtue of his finish at the championship and helped the Mariners to a runner-up showing … posted the fastest time by a Mitchell runner for the season at the Emmanuel Saints Invitational (27:30.26) and finished 20th overall … named NECC Performer of the Week on October 5.

2008: Named to the NECC All-Conference Second Team ... competed in all seven events ... recorded three top-five finishes and five top-10 finishes ... finished first at the Mitchell Invitational (17:35.00) and in a head-to-head match-up against Post (31:00.00) ... finished third at the Eagle Invitational (28:55.00) ... recorded his fastest 8k time of the season at the Roger Williams Invitational (28:45.08) and finished seventh ... earned all-conference honors by virtue of a sixth-place finish at the NECC Championship (29:11.00) ... competed at the ECAC Championship (28:52.00) and placed 102nd overall.

2007: Named to the AD3I All-Independent Second Team ... competed in all eight events ... recorded six top-five finishes ... finished first in a head-to-head match-up against Albertus Magnus (30:07.00) ... finished as runner-up in the first two races of his collegiate career, at the Eagle Invitational (27:14.00) and the Rivier Invitational (28:34.00) ... his time at the Eagle Invitational was his fastest of the season ... finished third overall at the AD3I Championship (27:34.00) and 56th at the ECAC Championship (28:00.00).
