Junior Heather Hansson dished out a team-high two assists for Colby-Sawyer, who led 10-0 after the first quarter and 16-0 at halftime. The Chargers silenced the Mariners 3-0 in the third frame, before Mitchell's lone goal came just over five minutes into the fourth quarter when sophomore Lauren Cordero (Sleden, N.Y.) slipped a shot past the Colby-Sawyer keeper for her seventh goal of the spring.

The Chargers outshot the Mariners 27-9 and won 20 of the 25 draw controls. Elena Bronson and Rose Finlayson picked up four draw controls each for Colby-Sawyer, while Cordero had three draw controls for Mitchell and two went to senior Jessica Krupnikoff (Farmington, Conn.). Cordero also paced the Mariners with four ground balls and added one caused turnover.
