As a defender he led the 1965 team to the Region 15 Soccer Championship ... the team advanced to the NJCAA National Soccer Tournament and finished second ... was the first women's soccer coach at Mitchell ... during his 16-year tenure as the women's soccer coach his teams won five New England Soccer Championships ... five of his teams advanced to the NJCAA National Soccer Tournament, including a fourth place finish in 1986 ... developed 45 All-New England and 10 All-American soccer players who went on to play at senior colleges.
