NEW LONDON, CONN.-- Mitchell junior Seth Nowakowski (Plainfield HS/ Preston, CT) and senior Sal Messina (Wolcott HS/ Prospect, CT), have been selected as the City University of New York Athletic Conference's (CUNYAC) Player of the year and Pitcher of the year.

New London, CT- Mitchell College used three home runs and a complete game gem to take the last game of a three game series against the Bloodhounds of John Jay College, 12-1. The Pequots dealt John Jay their first conference loss of the season improving their record to 13-8, 11-3 in the CUNYAC.

NEW LONDON, CT- Mitchell College took both halves of a doubleheader with Baruch College today 9-3 and 19-5. Mitchell ups their record to 11-6 overall and 10-1 in the CUNYAC with the two wins. Baruch falls to 3-16 overall and 2-9 in CUNYAC play.

New London, CT- After a three game sweep of Lehman College last weekend, Mitchell was dealt an 11-3 loss by the Falcons of Albertus Magnus College. Mitchell now sits at 4-4 for the season and 3-0 in CUNYAC. Albertus moves to 4-2 overall. The Falcons have not faced any GNAC opponents yet this season.
