Cole Lalli

Senior Cole Lalli (Coventry, Conn.) helped lead the Mitchell baseball team to a 3-1 record on the week, including a pair of GNAC wins, slashing .438/.500/1.063.

Lalli belted a pair of home runs and recorded two doubles and a triple, while adding nine RBI and seven runs scored. After being held hitless in a non-conference game against John Jay College, Lalli bounced back in a big way, finishing 3-3 with two home runs, five RBI, and four runs scored in a 15-6 non-league win over the University of Hartford.

When the Mariners returned to GNAC play over the weekend, he was a major factor, going 4-9 with a double, a triple, four RBI, and three runs scored across both games of a doubleheader which Mitchell swept from the University of Saint Joseph to remain unbeaten in conference play.
