four-year letterwinner on the softball team who played in 138 games

and six home runs ... stole 42 bases in 46 attempts ... drew 50

It was a dominant week for Mitchell College junior Brooke Whitmarsh (Portsmouth, R.I.), as the junior catcher/3B slashed .440/.500/.640, helping guide the Mariners to a 6-2 record on the week, including a 5-1 mark in conference play.
