PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Junior Gemma Landry (Lewiston, ME) collected the 145th hit of her career with a first inning single during game one, breaking the record for the most hits in the Division III era of the Mitchell College softball program, as the Mariners split a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) South Division doubleheader with Johnson & Wales University on Thursday evening at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.
