Welcome to Tournament Central for the 2015 NECC Baseball Championship! Consider this page your one-stop shop for the weekend as we determine which team walks away with the NECC crown and the automatic NCAA bid.
Live stats and a video stream will be provided for all games (links below). However, the video stream will be broadcast over a wireless network, so be aware that the feed may cut out if not enough bandwidth is available. We will do our best to get things back on line ASAP.

Friday, May 8
Game 1: Mitchell 4, Becker 0 (Box Score | Video)
W: Al Jordan Johnson (9-0)
L: Tyler Wagar (4-6)
Starting pitcher Al Jordan Johnson allowed only two hits in a complete game shutout as top-seeded Mitchell advanced with a 4-0 victory over fourth-seeded Becker. Neftali Arroyo homered for the Mariners while Tyler Pina and Evan Peck each knocked in runs.
Game 2: Elms 7, Lesley 6 (12 innings) (Box Score | Video)
W: Tom Weldon (7-2)
L: Koby Mitchell (2-4)
Second-seeded Elms surrendered a four-run lead in the ninth inning but hung on to win 7-6 in 12 innings against third-seeded Lesley University. Zach Lawrence gave the Blazers the walk-off win with a base hit down the left field line to score Ben Ross.
Saturday, May 9
Game 3: Becker 6, Newbury 4 (10 innings) (Box Score | Video)
W: Nick Lemay (4-1)
L: Tom Muratore (6-3)
In the day's first game, Becker tied the game in the eighth inning and scored two runs in the 10th to eliminate Newbury by a 6-4 final. Starting pitcher Nick Lemay went the distance for the Hawks while Matthew Consigli and Francis Baldino each finished with three hits in the contest.
Game 4: Elms 6, Mitchell 3 (Box Score | Video)
W: Andrew Sadowski (6-4)
L: Tyler Shamas (7-1)
S: Tom Weldon (1)
Elms earned a berth in the title round with a 6-3 win over Mitchell in the day's second game. Starting pitcher Andrew Sadowski kept the top offensive team in the conference off balance over 8.0 innings to secure the win for the Blazers. Elms pounded out 15 hits and strung together runs in five different innings en route to the win.
Game 5: Mitchell 14, Becker 2 (final 2 innings played Sunday) (Live Stats | Video)
W: Axel De Jesus (4-3)
L: Keon Jenkins (1-3)
Mitchell wrapped up a 14-2 win on Sunday to earn a spot in the NECC title round. Kenneth Olszewski homered twice in the victory while Axel De Jesus pitched 7.0 strong innings to lead the Mariners back to the title round for the third straight season. The game was halted in the top of the eighth on Saturday due to darkness.
Sunday, May 10
Game 6: Mitchell 9, Elms 0 (Box Score | Video)
W: Bryton Ferris (5-0)
L: Tom Weldon (7-3)
Rookie Bryton Ferris tossed a two-hit, complete-game shutout as Mitchell defeated Elms 9-0 to force a winner-take-all final game in the NECC Championship. The Mariners led 3-0 before breaking the game open with three runs in both the seventh and eighth innings.
