Mitchell Places Eight on CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams
NEW LONDON, Conn. – Eight Mitchell College student-athletes were named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's and Women's At-Large Teams on Tuesday.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom.
Receiving the honor for the Mariners were senior Keeano Gonzalez (New London, Conn.) and sophomore Cameron Haefs (Cary, Ill.) from men's lacrosse, senior Carly Potts (New London, Conn.), senior Kyrsten Lucas (Manchester, MD), junior Arrianna Stark (Scotia-Glennville, N.Y.), junior Sarah Latch (Hampstead, N.H.), and sophomore Karissa Cotoia (Scituate, R.I.) from women's lacrosse, and senior Jack Hayes (New Milford, Conn.) from men's golf.
In order to be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically at their institution, have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale), and must meet the participation threshold for their particular sport.
