Sophomore Chas Terni Jr. (Montville, Conn.) turned in a huge week for the Mitchell baseball team, slashing .471/.500/1.059, with three home runs, 13 RBI, and four runs scored. Terni Jr. added a double, two walks, and three stolen bases, helping guide the Mariners to a 4-1 record, including a 3-1 mark in conference play.

Mitchell catcher Brooke Whitmarsh (Portsmouth, R.I.) continued her strong senior season this week, slashing .421/,455/.737 for the Mariners, while driving in six runs and scoring four times.
